Banana and Sweet Potato Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup sweet potato, cooked and mashed (no skin)
  • 1 banana (Try freezing your bananas in small chunks before adding to smoothies. It’s not necessary, but results in an icy cold, thick smoothie.)
  • 1 madjool date, pitted
  • 1 cup Cuisine Skimmed Milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • Dash of cinnamon

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and dust with additional cinnamon, if desired.
