The following rules and regulations apply for the Massy Stores Win Your Wishlist Promo, running from 5th December – 24th December 2018.

Rules

1. In order to participate in this promotion, entrants are expected to choose 4 items out of the 16 items in the animation per week. They must go to the Massy Stores Catalogue pages and find the prices and names of the 4 items they choose. They they comment on the Animation ad on Facebook with the names of the items, the prices of the items and they must answer the following question:Why should you WIN Your Wishlist from Massy Stores?
2. Only one [1] entry per person is allowed.
3. Entrants must be sixteen [16] years and over.
4. Use of obscene language, or vulgarity in any way, will not be allowed and as such the entry will be deleted and persons will be blocked from the page and disqualified.

Regulations

1. There is no entry fee to enter this competition
2. Closing date and time for entries is 12 midnight Sunday 9th December for the first Animation, 12 midnight on Sunday 16th for the 2nd Animation and 12 midnight on Sunday 23rd for Animation 3. After this time, no further entries to the promotion will be permitted
3. There will be a total of three [3] winners, and the prize is as follows:
   All contents of the Winner’s Wishlist
4. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter
5. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details communicated to any entrant by any third party connected with this promotion
6. Cash alternatives to the prize will not be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice
7. The winner will be notified privately, via Facebook, plus a congratulatory post on The Massy Stores Trinidad Facebook Page. If the winner does not claim the prize within fourteen [14] days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner
8. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
9. By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
10. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity. Entry into the promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions
