A minimum value of fifty dollars ($50.00) is required for the activation of a Gift Card.
All Gift Cards are valid from the date of purchase for a period of fifteen (15) months, unless either of the following occurs before that time:
a. All value loaded onto the Gift Card is used, or
b. There are six (6) months of inactivity and the value on the Gift Card is less than five dollars ($5.00).
