At Massy Stores Trinidad we launched our Protégé program! —a mentorship initiative designed to foster the growth and development of young women aged 16-21.

Understanding the unique challenges that young women face, our goal is to inspire, influence, and impact these future leaders by helping them cultivate their potential in a positive and supportive environment. Delivered through engaging workshop-style sessions, our program covers essential topics such as leadership, emotional intelligence, and career mapping, all led by an exceptional roster of female facilitators.

Participants will benefit from weekly sessions and the invaluable guidance of a dedicated mentor from within our organization, ensuring continuous support even after the program ends.

By empowering young women in a positive and supportive environment, we’re able to equip them with the skills and confidence they need to succeed from a young age and learn to invest in themselves.
