This Vegan, gluten-free Mango, banana Chia Seed Smoothie is packed with healthy goodness and it tastes amazing. If you’ve never tried chia seeds this is a great recipe to start with!

Makes 1 serving: 350 calories

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1.5 cups almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

DIRECTIONS

  • Blend all ingredients together in blender for 15-20 seconds.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
