Banana and Sweet Potato Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup sweet potato, cooked and mashed (no skin)
- 1 banana (Try freezing your bananas in small chunks before adding to smoothies. It’s not necessary, but results in an icy cold, thick smoothie.)
- 1 madjool date, pitted
- 1 cup Cuisine Skimmed Milk
- ¼ cup water
- 2-3 ice cubes
- Dash of cinnamon
METHOD
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and dust with additional cinnamon, if desired.
