Ingredients:
  1. 2 large plantains
  2. 2 tablespoons of Cuisine Soyabean Oil
  3. 1 teaspoon of salt
  4. ½ teaspoon of black pepper
Optional chip seasoning suggestions: onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper.

Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Peel and thinly slice the plantains
  3. Toss in oil and salt
  4. Evenly spread the sliced plantains onto a baking sheet prepared with wax paper
  5. Place in oven for 10 minutes
Fresh Tomato Salsa
Ingredients:
  1.  6 tomatoes, diced
  2. ½ bell pepper/ jalenpeño, diced
  3. 1 small onion, diced
  4. 2 shadon leaves, chopped
  5. 1 chili pepper, minced or 1 tsp of pepper sauce
  6. 1 tablespoon of lime/lemon juice
  7. 1 teaspoon of salt
Method:
  1. Toss all ingredients together
  2. Serve with chips
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
